Activity in December


2025-12-23 Today I did a lower body workout. Keeping the same excercises and focusig on the mind body connection. 

2025-12-27 After the holidays the best feeling is to go back to the routine. Today I focused on cardio and did a 20km ride. Since is the first time doing cardio after a long break, surpisingly, it wasn't hard.
