Activities in November
2025.11.03 Started consistently going to the gym. Doing more strenght training, finding a routine that is great for me.
2025.11.06 Today I trained lower body, which is the hardest day. Focused on doing the movements slowly. This week I increased the weight for a few exercises and focused on muscle and mind connection.
2025.11.13 Today I trained legs again. I promise I try to train lower and upper body, but sometimes forget to take a picture. Yesterday, for example, I trained upper body with free weights. Normaly, I try to train lower body to times a week and upper body also two times a week. This was my second lower body training session of the week.
2025-11-18 Finding balance between work and my goals in the gym. It is still pretty challanging to study all the time, keep up with deadlines and also have time for yourself and your hobbies. Today I wasn't so motivated to go to the gym. But for me discipline is more important, therefore, I still found myself working out and reaching my goals.
